Hi, I have been working on a macro enabled excel file and in order to share it with my family, I upload the file to Onedrive. The problem is, when my brother download the file to his PC, all the macro were missing (well, the ActiveX buttons are all gone) but the VBA is still there. Or, I believe you can download it free from Microsoft. Once in operation, OneDrive will keep a local folder(s) in sync with OneDrive folders on the web. So, when a user makes a change to an Excel file (in the OneDrive sync folder), it will automatically sync up with your local folder. In its new OneDrive interface, Microsoft has managed to leave out the only useful way to download all the files in a shared OneDrive folder. Recently, I had to grab files for a client via a link to a shared OneDrive folder. Before I could even start, I had to log in or create a Microsoft account. Can I open an online Onedrive file in a macro ? The file is owned by my client and updated on a daily basis, I would like to open the file in VBA using the URL, is it possible ?
